Hi Guys,
I wanted to speak with you about this quote, as we are ready to move forward now.
Mike, I’m not sure if you heard that I left a message on your cell? Maybe this email will be faster.
The price we were quoted was $8-to-$8.50 on the stones. It is priced at $9.23 on the quote.
Also, I come up with 475 Sq. Ft. -even rounding up. So with 10% waste my number is 522 sq ft.

That being said, of course it is better to halve more stone than not enough of course. But when you add up the differences in stone price and square footage for it and cement, I figure the price to be $10,000. This is what I wanted to discuss.

Also, Right next to the kitchen there is a 7 X 8 foot bathroom where we will need cement by you for radiant heat as well. No 2 X 2 stone in there –just regular ceramic tile we selected locally. So even my price above should have $168 added to it.

Please get back to me with your thoughts. This Thursday would be a great time for you to prepare the floor for radiant. Then when the tubes are run, come back for the cement. This would need to be coordinated.

Thanks, Andrew Anselmo
