These are new precast cabinets made of a composite concrete and a fiber reinforced mash. They are going to be assembled and bolt together. The rustic surface has veneers applied to them. The raised bar area we created with metal stands and Durarock. the cut outs we make with the cabinets to fit the kitchen and the grill and all the appliances. This is a complete kitchen we built with Eldorado precast outdoor cabinets made of lightweight cement and it was veneered with silver travertine rock face 4inch veneers and a limestone countertop. The appliances are a combination of delta, twin eagle and summit refrigerator, bar and a Delta grill. All beautiful and solid ready for the customer to enjoy. The pool is complete except for the patio around. We installed the porcelain pavers for water line tiles, Installed Indiana limestone as the coping. Laminar Jets, spillover water bawls and sheer descends in raised sundeck in the back. The sundeck with steps and the spa is raised from the water.
We just completed this gunite remodeling in Northport NY. We removed the old patio and installed new coping, new porcelain tiles and a waterfall. We paved the entire patio with the New G044 white and gray limestone. Very beautiful stones, everybody loves them. In the pool we installed porcelain tiles 6″ water line porcelain tiles. We marble dusted the pool with dark gray marble dust. The spa was also remodeled and re marble dusted with all new equipment . New pump, new filters, new ozone system, new salt chlorine generator. The color of the marble dust with the reflection of the sky gives a very deep blue color to the pool water . The next step is the landscaping. We will be doing some planting and trees behind the waterfall.
16×32 Vinyl pool, with concrete walls. We Build two corner stairs in the shallow area. To create a larger shallow area and a flat wall between the two steps for swimmers to flip . The autocover rolled into the G44 blue limestone pavers and coping. Very popular and famous limestone. We completed the all backyard with synthetic grass, which also works as a patio. We build a basketball court with metflex tiles over a concrete base. We utilized every inch of the backyard to make more of a playground for the kids.
Gappsi remodeled this gunite swimming pool in Laurel Hollow in Nassau County Long Island, NY. The original pool was a custom shape with a roman end bump out in the shallow area and inverted corners in the deep end. We reshaped the pool shell to be a rectangular pool to accommodate an autocover installation, new wedding cake shaped steps, and a bench were built in the shallow area along with 2 corner benches in the deep end. We installed 6 inch high 1×1 inch tiles as water line markers on the step edges and a tile mosaic design of dolphins playing with a ball on the pool floor. New honed Indiana limestone coping was installed and a shot-blasted finished large random pattern sandstone was used for the patio around the swimming pool. All new equipment was installed including the Aquacal heat pump, new pentair VS pump and cartridge filter, a salt chlorine generator, and an ozone UV light sanitizer. A new slide was installed for the kids with the autocover to make this pool safe, low maintenance, and energy efficient.
