We built this 16 x 24 A-Frame Pavilion in Dix Hills, NY. The Pavilion was a kit purchased through Country Lane Gazebos. More and more, outdoor areas include a fully functional outdoor kitchen, fireplaces or fire pits, cozy seating, advanced lighting, and heating systems. Our recent Pavilion installation included veneered columns for each post to sit on, which enhanced the overall design and aesthetics. We added a kitchen with an island under it. The island includes a Tan Brown Granite countertop. This long-lasting natural granite is appropriate for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications including walls, floors, countertops, and other architectural components. On one side the counter is raised to bar height. A bi-level countertop invites contrast from a design perspective, which can help you achieve some visual interest in your Gappsi kitchen design. This contrast could be further emphasized by using different countertop materials for the lower and higher portions of the counter.

Ceramic fiber insulation maintains long-lasting warmth and cuts down wood consumption to a minimum. Fitted with extremely useful stainless steel lateral shelves to place oven trays, ingredients, oven dishes, and necessary cooking accessories on. Travertine Flooring and Veneers
Travertine Flooring and VeneersWe utilized G035 Fiorito Travertine from the Gappsi Natural Stone Collection for the floor. In addition, we used G035 Fiorito Travertine for the veneers on the outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and columns for the Pavilion posts to sit on.
The inside of the pavilion is left open showing the barewood stained with mahogany color with custom chandeliers. The fireplace is wood-burning and veneered with Fiorito Travertine selected from the Gappsi Natural Stone Collection.
This is a very beautiful layout and is useful for sunny or rainy days. It offers an all-year-round cooking area plus a hang-out place. This is the latest pavilion built by Gappsi in Dix Hills NY.

This outdoor kitchen was built in a U shape layout. It incorporates many amenities such as twin eagle appliances, pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, ice makers, cook top and a bar sink. The colorful out door lighting creates a inviting atmosphere for friends and family. The shell was veneered with Fiorito veneer travertine selected from the Gappsi natural stone collection. The vinyl, free form pool incorporates a wall with sheer descends. The backyard was designed with a deck and paving stone patio. Designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi.
This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The focus of the design is centered around the rectangular Gunite pool, natural blue stone patio and deck jets. The surrounding patio is a natural stone, and the design is completed with outdoor furniture and lighting accents. All construction and installation was completed by our highly skilled Gappsi Group team members.
The installation of this Thursday Goliath 16×37 fiberglass swimming pool was executed with an excavator, after digging the hole, a 3/8 bluestone gravel base was used for the under layer for the pool shell to sit on. The pool was then lifted and dropped in place; numerous adjustments were made before we started filling the fiberglass pool with water and backfilling around the pool shell. Sonar tubes were placed around the all perimeter of the pool to be used as future supports for the concrete slab of the patio base. On this fiberglass swimming pool a safety auto cover was also installed, the Goliath 16×37 is 3.8” to 6’8”deep with which makes this fiberglass pool a non-diving pool but it makes it a fun pool to swim, play sports activities and sit on the extensive benches and step that are molded in the pool shell by the manufacture. This fiberglass swimming pool was installed by Gappsi in Lawrence NY 11559, located on the south shore of Nassau County long Island. Due to the high water table in this area the pool was elevated, and many yards of fill were brought in to raise the property Grade. Fiberglass swimming pools are very challenging to install, starting with the delivery and due to the size of this pool 16×37 it was very expensive to cross the bridges and trucking it on the highway. 2 police car escort were also needed beside the delivery truck.The patio pavers used are the melfi limestone Vincenza pattern along with 2 inches thick random coping for the pool edge. These stones are exclusive Gappsi patio stone.
