The pool is complete except for the patio around. We installed the porcelain pavers for water line tiles, Installed Indiana limestone as the coping. Laminar Jets, spillover water bawls and sheer descends in raised sundeck in the back. The sundeck with steps and the spa is raised from the water.

The design incorporates many amenities, modern clean lines, and a functional layout. This is an 18×36 vinyl-lined swimming pool 3-6 ft deep with two corner stairs in the deep end. It is easy to walk the entire length of the pool, which makes it ideal to play sports or just hang out, and it is also perfect for swimming full laps by having a flat wall area between the two corner stars in shallow area.
Gappsi is Landscape & Masonry Contractor that knows how to deal grading, due to the sloped grade of the property, a Nicolock firma wall was installed to level off one side allowing the patio to be equally installed on both side of the swimming pool. Unique limestone pavers, copings, and wall veneers were used in the patio walls, planters, raised patio, fire pit, and spa walls. This limestone is an exclusive Gappsi product as a Landscape & Masonry Contractor we search many new products we imported this one from Europe with a very beautiful mix of gray, beige and green colors, along with seashell fossils showing on the surface of every stone. A 9×6 custom-built spa was constructed with a bench, a liner, and 2 lights. It was raised 18 inches above the patio height to create a spillover into the pool. Across from it, a raised sun deck made for a lounge chair area was set up 18 inches above the pool patio. In the wall facing the pool, two 3 foot wide sheer descents were installed as water features in combination with the two Pentair laminars set in the patio floor. All the water features and pool have LED color lights built into them, making this pool a great feature in the dark as it is in the day time. The deep end ladder and the handrail installed by the steps are stainless steel. This backyard was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by the Gappsi team. The gunite swimming pool has a rectangular shell with a bench on the long side of the pool, a sundeck with a bubbler, steps, and a spa. Spillover water bowls also function as fire features. The swimming pool is 8 feet deep, and includes a diving board and a safety auto cover. The backyard is elegant, functional, and simple. The Fiorito travertine patio for the fire pit area, the pavilion floor, and the pool patio area were bordered with blue stone strips to match the swimming pool coping. The pavilion was built by Gappsi and was designed to match the house style and details. The outdoor kitchen was built with Wolf cabinets and Twin Eagle appliances, and it was veneered with Fiorito travertine to match the pillars that hold the fire bowls and the fire-pit. Giuseppe and his staff at Gappsi helped us to create our own vacation resort right in our backyard. The quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship of his work was truly outstanding. He and his team were exceptionally professional and respectful as well as attentive to all of our needs and concerns. Gappsi installed a oversized free formed pool in our back yard, with spill over spas positioned on a second level patio built right next to the swimming pool. The crab orchard mini colonial wall used for the raised patio walls and light piers blend with the natural colors of the random pattern travertine as they were meant to be together. The pool patio height was built one step down from my existing paving stone patio in my back yard, and the hot tub area was built 3 steps up from the pool patio creating enough height for the water from the spillover to fall in to the pool and creating a very pleasant running water affect. Also 4 lions head wall sconces were installed, 2 on each side of the spa spillover. a jandy heater ,jandy salt chlorinator system, a polaris pool cleaner and a state of the art control system that runs all the pool equipment as well as the sprinkler system and the outdoor lights. after the installation of the back yard pool patio we went farther and had Gappsi install a new driveway in the front of the house and 2 walk ways to the back yard one on each side of the house with nicolock stone ridge in oyster blend Gappsi also designed and installed the entire landscape from trees to flower and sod the entire front and back yards. from designing to the last question of the project we did not have to deal with anyone else but Gappsi and the last thing that was done was the installation of the loop lock cover this fall . Designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi, this swimming pool patio displays Winter Cream marble pavers from Bay Rock suppliers. A primary white marble with a smooth textured, semi-polished finish and tumbled edges. The pool coping is also polished winter cream marble. A raised patio area was built with columns on each side including spillover water bowls. These water bowls are made of a transparent resin that allows the light that is inside of the bowl to come through. The red light inside the spill over bowl is made to mimic fire, creating a very impressive special effect. The sun deck also incorporates a sheer descent with wall washer lights mounted underneath the coping of the sun deck, steps, and columns.
