Backyard renovated in Smithtown NY
This is a complete backyard renovation. We replaced all the natural grass with the synthetic grass. Patio and Walkway were installed with G44 Gappsi Limestone. At the beginning we did an enclosed area as a dog run. As we go through the backyard the pool patio is all surrounded by limestone and synthetic grass. The fire pit with a marble top. All the columns for the pavilion were veneered with the silver travertine very close matching colors to the blue limestone. The coping of the pool is a 2 inch thick limestone. The outdoor kitchen is under the pavilion, all veneered with random large size silver travertine tumbled veneer. There is a bar area on this side completed with smoker, sink and storage cabinets. The entire backyard was completed with synthetic grass. Even the slide was installed over the grass and secured into a concrete base. Free maintenance backyard. This gunite pool was remodeled. We installed one inch by one inch tiles and on mash sheets. The pool finish is a dark gray marble dust which reflects the color of the sky very well. we installed new coping of silver travertine and also the all patio was repaved with silver travertine french pattern. We installed a wood burning fire pit area in the grass and we built a 16×16 pavilion with the exposed beams on the inside stained in a mahogany color with 8×8 inch columns and gutters. Just completed this backyard project in Dix Hills NY. We installed Fiorito travertine for the entire backyard. We built a new stoop in a semicircle shape by the backyard sliding door and build a 16×16 Pavilion. All faced with synthetic wood columns and ceiling all covered, We built a new breeo fire pit zentro stainless steel and veneered with all fiorito travertine rock face. We remodeled the entire pool. Installed the new 2 inch coping same travertine coping porcelain tiles in pool waterline and tile marks on the steps and plastered the pool with dark gray marble dust. We also installed the slide. This is our latest outdoor kitchen. It was built with Eldorado prefab cabinets and veneered with travertine tumbled fiorito veneer. Also the walkway around was a new extension to the old patio and was also paved with fiorito travertine. that is our exclusive natural stone color of travertine G036. We also used tanbrown as the counter top polished granite. There is a footrest at the bottom and the stools go over right under the overhang of the granite. We also incorporated the backyard stoop as part of the new layout. We installed all Twin Eagle appliances. The icemaker , summer refrigerator, a bar sink, a burner and a grill combination and a 36“ gas grill. This is a gunite pool that we built in Smithtown NY. It is a 20×40 with a spa and a sundeck. The sundeck has two led lights bubblers that we programmed in red and the spa in magenta color. The pool has led lights along one side and led laminars two on each side of the pool. We installed Italian porcelain for the patio and bluestone coping for the pool and marble coping for the spa. The pool is equipped with an auto cover and the rest of the backyard is paved with synthetic grass.
