Over the summer, I decided to build the backyard of my dreams. After seeing Gappsi’s portfolio of backyard renovations, I was beyond impressed with their expertise in masonry work and design. My vision for the backyard was the “Four Seasons” hotel. I wanted an atmosphere that felt like you were on vacation. After meeting Giuseppe the owner, I knew I was in good hands. I appreciated his knowledge and detailed explanations. Emanuelle, Giuseppe’s son created several designs of my backyard that specifically tailored to all my needs and more! Their showroom had a great variety of stones to choose from. I decided to use “mocha” travertine for my patio and “classico” travertine for my pool coping. I wanted a water feature that felt upscale. Giuseppe advised me to install several jets that would spray from the ground into the pool. This idea was brilliant! He recommended “Nantucket” stacked stone on the raised foundation walls around my entire home. I wanted my backyard to have 2 grand entrances that had matching “wedding cake” staircases, using both mocha and classico travertine. We decided to build a small retaining wall around my entire backyard to polish and accentuate my thuja green giants backdrop. The retaining wall also created an enormous amount of seating for entertaining which I loved!! Roberto was the foreman assigned to my backyard project. Roberto and his crew were fantastic. They worked around the clock to meet my deadline. Their workmanship was meticulous. They delivered the elegance and sophistication I wanted! This project was very expensive but totally worth the investment! Giuseppe surpassed my expectations!! My backyard blows the four seasons away

Marble pavers and copings installed in Northport NY 11768.The project was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installation was done by Gappsi professionals. This upscale project includes a very classy and comfortable pool house with many amenities along with marble pavers and copings for inside the pool house floor and window sills. A 25 x 45 vinyl lined swimming pool was built with many options, including a safety auto-cover and a custom built 6 x 9 spill over spa, four LED deck laminar jets, LED lights, a double propane heater with heat pump, chlorine salt generator, full automation, double in-wall ladder, stadium stairs across the shallow area, and a gray fiberglass diving board with fly deck bottom. Marble pavers and copings were also installed surrounding the swimming pool and the entire house patio. Marble pavers and copings installed in this area primarily contain gray colors with gold veins finished in a sandblasted and tumbled process. The texture and edges are very conformable and timeless in look. They are manufactured in Brazil in a french pattern design. Installation was done on one inch of clean sand over four inches of poured concrete base and compacted sub base. The veneers for pool house and spa walls are tumbled travertine ledge stone cut 2 inches high and manufactured with a bash backing in 2 ft long panels. Custom-made corners were also used throughout the installation. Multi Sports Game Courts Company | Quogue NY 11959
Multi-sports game courts company serving Quogue NY, 11959 Gappsi designed and installed this multi-sports games courts field for a resident in Quogue NY. Using a combination of synthetic turf, first, Acadia synthetic grass was installed directly onto the existing asphalt base. The old asphalt court was repaired and re-leveled in the many areas that were damaged, primarily the outside edges. The 20×44 pickle ball court was positioned closer to the house making it more visible from the backyard patio.
The pickleball court was installed using Mateflex tiles.
We used blue color for the field and charcoal gray for the 2-foot wide border all around. The court was then striped with white lines, and lastly, the netting was installed at standard regulation height for a pickle-ball court – 36 inches – and it was mounted on permanent fixed poles.
The basketball court was also built with Mateflex tiles – dark blue tiles for the court and lighter blue for the key area. The hoop installed is a Pro Dunk hoop of regulation size and also adjustable to fit any age player. The putting green was positioned in the far back corner, cut into an oval shape, and also in a small size with 2 holes and flags. All of the synthetic turf is filled with silica sand at a ratio of 2 pounds per sq ft. The weight of the sand helps to keep the synthetic grass down and prevents it from shifting during activities on it.
The project was planned with the design to create all these sports activities by removing an old, full-size basketball court built next to a clay tennis court. The new homeowners loved the idea of a multi-function sports game court, rather than a single large basketball court. Basement Remodeling Contracting Company | Long Island NY

It was a total transformation into a living area that included all spread foam insulation on the exterior walls with wood stud construction, 1/2″ sheet rock throughout for the walls, and the ceiling was taped and speckled with teal color on the walls and white on the ceiling.
