It was a total transformation of the backyard layout, from the swimming pool to patios and landscaping. The swimming 8 feet fiberglass stairs were removed and a 20 ft. long shallow area stadium stair was added, new plumbing , liner and sheer descend water feature was also added. The classico travertine patio pavers were selected from the Gappsi natural stone collection and installed for the entire backyard. The walls were veneered with Fiorito travertine mixed sizes and 2 inches thick Fiorito travertine coping for steps and wall caps. A full outdoor kitchen and bar was built and covered with a pavilion structure. Mahogany deck and stairs further enhance the back layout by creating a defined sitting area for the outdoor furniture. Many are the amenities that were incorporated in the backyard design; Gappsi Talented designers and craftsmen transformed a tight small backyard into a functional and breathtaking outdoor living space.

The island features stainless steel appliances, a marble counter top, and natural stone veneer. On the opposing side of the island is an extended counter top for bar seating. The vinyl-lined pool has a decorative border, and features a spillover spa, in-wall deep end ladder, and a diving rock. The pool is accented with a beautifully landscaped yard with planting beds filled with well-maintained plants, flowers, and shrubbery. The patio has stepping stones leading from the pool to the main walkway. We finished the design with key details such as wrought iron lounge chairs, bar chairs and dining table set for entertaining and relaxation. This backyard estate of a private residence located on Long Island, features the design, installation and construction, from concept to completion, by Gappsi Group. The concrete free-form pool was custom designed and strategically plotted at the ideal location within the property survey, and all construction and installation was completed by our highly skilled Gappsi Group team members. Aesthetically, the pool was designed in partnership with the client in order to create a beautiful and unique finished product.The patio surrounding the pool is comprised of intricately laid natural stones, with a unique marbleized look, and outlined with matching Fiorito Travertine coping. The open layout and multi-dimensional design of the patio was created to accentuate the property, and create distinct areas for lounging, entertaining, or hanging out by the one of a kind custom-built outdoor fireplace, which are all separate yet connected.
