There are a few things that make purchasing a dog run an excellent choice, not just for your pet, but for you as well. Dog runs don’t require much maintenance and are inexpensive. Chain link and aluminum fencing are affordable, and they don’t require much maintenance. For larger animals that need space to walk around and get some exercise, this is a great option. If you and your spouse both work and feel the dog should be free to roam during the day, you can be confident that your animal is safe in a controlled environment you created.
To complete your dog run area, Synthetic putting green/turf or grass is the optimal option. The use of turf allows for the quickest clean-ups, ensures no dirt or mud, and helps curb your dog from digging. Using a prepared RCA base and the highest quality, highly durable turf with a double-coated backing makes it almost impossible to tear or chew. The base allows urine to drain through, and cleaning up solid waste is just as easy. When it’s time to clean the dog run area, a simple garden hose is the most efficient and quickest way, although rain is usually sufficient.
