The island features stainless steel lynx appliances, a state-of-the-art outdoor pizza oven, marble counter tops, and travertine natural stone veneer. On the left side of the island is a raised counter top for bar seating The surrounding patio is made up of mocha travertine natural stones.

Harborside Custom Outdoor Mahogany Staircase in Sag Harbor by Gappsi
This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The image to the left pictures the construction of custom outdoor mahogany steps in Sag Harbor. The enchanting staircase descends from the backyard and pool area to a private beach on the Sag Harbor sound. Each step was engineered with no visible screws as to not take away from the rich color of the wood, instead using mahogany caps for a clean and beautifully seamless finish.
