Pizza Dessert Made at the Gappsi Oven
Today we tried a new recipe, a pizza dessert made with pizza dough and coated with Nutella and covered with sliced banana and marshmallow. We made pizza dough from double
: 00 cinque stagioni flour, baked the pizza first and then we spread the nutella and placed the banana slices and the strawberries over it and also placed marshmallows on it and then we put it in the oven for about a minute.
Silver Travertine Pool Patio And Coping Wantagh Nassau County NY
This is a backyard in Wantagh NY. Was totally renovated starting with the pool replumbed, new liner, and new equipment. On the patio we used a silver travertine French Pattern and the coping around the pool is two inches G36 travertine. The homeowner nicely decorated the backyard with furniture. We built a gas fire feature, a fire pit with granite top and the fire burner is covered with tumbled blue glass. We also built a custom pavilion, shrimped with azac moldings and cedar. We also built a very large u shaped outdoor kitchen with all outdoor appliances and wood burning oven. The island was built with borrell eldorado cabinets and veneered with silver travertine and granite countertops. Very exotic look and beautifully done.

Marble Pavers Pool Patio, Coping and Steps Dix Hills NY-G043
This job is all complete backyard
remodeling. Starting with the pool we did the all new plumbing, all new equipment and new liner. We installed a new coping and patio throughout the backyard with the G43 marble pavers. It’s A beautiful beige marble with a variation of beige whites and browns. The all backyard is completed with the same stones. We installed a wood burning fireplace also veneered with
silver travertine random size. Throughout the entire backyards retaining wall and steps we installed Marble coping treads 2 inches thick g43 and all the walls with silver travertine random size veneers. We installed a new stoop for the backyard entrance sliding door. The indoor fireplace was also veneered to match all the rest of the backyard. An outdoor kitchen was
built using the same material and also with Eldorado precast cabinets and veneered with silver travertine and granite counter tops With a bar area. Very unique material and design. We broke down the retaining walls with columns accenting the entrance from the driveway.
Limestone Pool Patio and Coping G044 Islip NY
20×40 Vinyl pool built in East Islip NY with Concrete Walls and G044 limestone for the patio and the pool coping. In the shallow area of the pool we installed stadium stairs. The pool is equipped with an autocover and we installed a gunite spa finished with Durazzo quarts finish and polished. The spa coping goes across the top of the spa wall and openings were left below to make spa water spill into the pool and gets filtered and sinetized.The spa can be used by itself and the temperature can go up to 104 degrees using the heater to just heat up the spa. The pool is also equipped with an automation system to control the spa and the pool, lights and also the heather. On the deep end we installed steps and a bench. The pool depth is 45inches to 66 inches. The equipment is al pentair. We used a variable speed pump and single drive pump for the spa. Cartridge filter, pentair automation and 143000 btus gas heater dual electrical and gas burning. This will keep the pool temperature consistent. The gas part of the heather is when the customer uses the spa to bring the temperature up fast. We also installed a hair blower for mixing the water with air to create the bubbling into the spa.
Just completed this Cambridge installation on the driveway, with taffy onyx and Sahara chestnut combination. The installation was done over a poured concrete base. We applied polymeric san to fill up the joints. We made an inlay for a court yard look by the garage area .This is another happy customer!
