The versatile solution of two types of cooking: direct, indirect or both.
The fire can be lit directly in the brazier inside the cooking chamber or in the combustion chamber below. By inserting a grill in the cooking chamber itself, a second level is obtained for the simultaneous insertion of multiple trays.
The fire can therefore be lit directly in the cooking chamber or in the separate combustion chamber or simultaneously in both, depending on preference, with the advantage of maintaining, in the latter case, the hotter cooking surface for longer.
