The Amalfi Oven is the perfect addition to any outdoor kitchen project.
Gappsi ovens are fired with wood and natural gas/propane burners. We utilize the best in the industry with UL certified Avanzini Burners custom sized for all oven dimensions.
All Gappsi ovens are encapsulated with the best expanded clay (argilla espansa). They are produced from the same biscotto di Sorrento clay used to make the bricks for the dome and oven floor.
