Ezak Deck and Pavilion -Backyard Laurel Hollow – NY 11771 Designer & Builder

This project was designed and built by Gappsi for a client in Laurel Hollow NY, Nassau County. We Built a very large deck with azek 2 tone color combination for the field and trims for borders and steps. We built a u shaped outdoor kitchen all veneered with fiorito travertine and all twin eagles appliances. On this side we have a bar area in the future with stools. This was a custom built pavilion attached to the house. The inside pavilion is finished with cedar stain and all columns and moldings were stained with brown color to match the existing house. We created a sitting area with a tv mounted on the wall. The wall is also veneered with travertine to match the rest of the backyard. We have a sitting area with a firepit and outdoor kitchen service as a table for the people sitting next to the fireplace. We also built a 20×40 concrete wall vinyl pool with fiorito travertine coping. The pool is equipped with an autocover and all patios are built with out of azek decking including benches and steps. The pool is exposed on one side two feet out of the ground and also veneered with travertine. The clients are very happy. This is the latest gappsi design and installation of a backyard. Asphalt Tennis Court Renovation Old Brookville NY

This was an existing asphalt court in Old Brookville NY. The court was in very bad shape. We repaired all the cracks and all unevenness. Applied a black primer mixed with sand to accomplish a better grip. The black color is not shining, it is a mad finish and that is what the customer required. We installed a new netting with removable posts. We also installed an adjustable pro-dunkey basketball hoop. We striped the key and the 3 point line for the basketball area and the all tennis court. The clients were very happy with the restoration of the court. It was a really total transformation of the court by just restoring it to a brand new court without paving it with new asphalt. Backyard designed and installed in Massapequa Park NY. The entire patio was paved with G040 marble pavers selected from the Gappsi Stone collection. We also installed a raised patio with steps leading to the lower pool patio. The patio is used for a dining table and a barbecue grill. We also installed an Excite spa. Beautiful Spa is very functional. We installed a vinyl pool in a free form shape with steps in the shallow area and an extra large bench in the deep end. The pool depth is 45 inches in the shallow area and 66 inches in the deep end. We installed a water feature wall veneered with silver travertine random pattern and capt with g040 2 inch copings. 3 sheer descents were installed as water features spilling into the pool and wall washer lighting was installed to accent the walls and the water features. G040 marble pavers, very beautiful color variations, very relaxed patterns, combination of grays, silver golden veins and white accents. One of the best sellers of the Gappsi Stone collections.

Shuffleboard court installed in Dix Hills NY. Was designed with a nicolock wall to retain the soil for trees that were planted in. We created a bench halfway to the court. We used an oyster bland colonial wall. The court is shuffleboard made with metflex tiles and the area was covered with synthetic grass as a patio area.

A 30×30 basketball court installed on 4 inches poured concrete base reinforced with fiber mash, the sub base was prepared with recycled concrete and compacted with a mechanical plate compactor.. Mateflex tiles were installed over a concrete slab, a combination of red tiles for the field and black borders and then the court was striped with white line for the key and the Michael Jordan Logo imprinted in the key. An adjustable regulation hoop is also installed, the project was completed right before Christmas. Iit was a present for the homeowner’s 10 year old son.
