Also the walkway around was a new extension to the old patio and was also paved with fiorito travertine. that is our exclusive natural stone color of travertine G036. We also used tanbrown as the counter top polished granite. There is a footrest at the bottom and the stools go over right under the overhang of the granite. We also incorporated the backyard stoop as part of the new layout. We installed all Twin Eagle appliances. The icemaker , summer refrigerator, a bar sink, a burner and a grill combination and a 36“ gas grill. This kitchen remodeling started with an all new room layout, by removing middle partitions that divided the dining and cooking area we combined the rooms into an open space layout. With the elimination of the walls and installation of a new larger window, we allowed more light to come into the house. All new custom-wood kitchen cabinets in two tones of beige for the hood and the island and dark cherry for all other cabinets were installed. Tumbled travertine tiles were installed for the back-splash, and matte-finish seashell limestone counters were installed for both cabinets and the center island. A beam molding, protruding down from the ceilings defining the slopes and angles, was constructed and stained to match the kitchen cabinets and refinished wood floors. Porcelain plank tiles were installed from front door entrance throughout the kitchen area leading into the family room. These porcelain plank tiles are durable, withstand high heat, and also creates a clear definition for the couch and table areas.

The Fiorito travertine patio for the fire pit area, the pavilion floor, and the pool patio area were bordered with blue stone strips to match the swimming pool coping. The pavilion was built by Gappsi and was designed to match the house style and details. The outdoor kitchen was built with Wolf cabinets and Twin Eagle appliances, and it was veneered with Fiorito travertine to match the pillars that hold the fire bowls and the fire-pit.
