The old bathroom was totally gutted and new plumbing and insulation was installed before new sheetrock and wonder board ware installed on the studs. New shower pan shower door, toilet, vanity, mirror cabinet lighting and porcelain tiles for floor and walls. A complete remodel of the entire bathroom. Combination of tongue and groove wood panels, put together and then glued and stapled to the wall studs. the floor is made of oak planks, shelves and ceiling are also made of cedar wood panels with natural nuts.
Custom Built Kitchen Cabinets, Millwork in MuttonTown Nassau County long island NY by Gappsi. Kitchen cabinets were a combination of Painted white and Mahogany wood. Countertops were combinations of marble and onyx slabs. Backsplash consists of glass tiles mosaics and floor tiles are porcelain wood impression planks.

Covered patio area built by Gappsi in Huntington NY was designed as an indoor room with open walls to the outdoors. This open space outdoor living room incorporates a fireplace with a TV built into the Fiorito travertine veneered wall. Stucco was used to finish remaining walls with scattered inlays of travertine veneer. The floor was paved with travertine Fiorito French pattern. 2 skylights were installed to allow extra light also high hats and 2 ventilation fans. Extended outside a cooking island with a grill and sink. This outdoor living room makes it perfect to be away from home by just walking out the backyard door.
