Pool house pavilion/garage combination built in Dix Hills, NY with cedar shake shingles impression vinyl siding and 30 year architectural brown shingles. Part of the structure has a garage door to the driveway and an overhanging pavilion facing the pool and backyard. The garage was built with extra height to accommodate a car lift. Trim and columns were finished with Azek, masonry piers and BBQ island, with a grill refrigerator and bar sink, constructed with Moca travertine veneers. The large free form swimming pool was built with concrete walls and a liner, a shallow deep end to accommodate the SRS Slide, 3 sheer descents built in the raised wall on the back side of the pool, concrete steps covered with a textured liner, a deep end bench, a standing ledge, an LED light, gas heater, salt water chlorine system, and full automation. Approximately 3,000 sq ft of Moca travertine pavers were used for the entire backyard, and the deck leading to the house was constructed with Timbertech. Starting with the installation of a free-formed swimming pool, natural waterfall cooking island outdoor kitchen and a large patio built with golden brown Nicolock rustico pavers. The outdoor kitchen walls were constructed with Nicolock mini colonial walls oyster blend and all Twin Eagle appliances.
Backyard designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi in Huntington, Long Island NY. A large free-formed vinyl lined swimming pool was built with a 3.5 to 8 ft depth. A custom 18 ft long slide was incorporated in the custom waterfall feature. The pool patio was constructed with Nicolock stone ridge Granite City blend with inlays of pewter borders and 8’x12′ granite city bullnose coping.
T shaped swimming pool designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and built by Gappsi in Smithtown NY, 11787. This swimming pool is a very special pool, not only it’s beautiful, but it is also very functional and energy efficient. The layout of the backyard incorporates raised and pool area travertine patios, hot tub spa, travertine veneered walls with 2 inches travertine copings and plenty of space for tables and chairs. The T shaped swimming pool is very functional it has a very large diving deep end area making it very safe for professional diving, it has steps in deep end for easy access and exit, it has steps along the shallow area to access the pool but also serve as sitting benches for bathers that just want to sit in water, the shallow are its perfect valley ball play area like no other pool shape would offer and all these provided with less the 800 sq ft of surface making it cost effective when running the heather and the pumps to circulate the water.
