Putting Green Sand Bunker Build In Uniondale NYThis putting greens we built in Uniondale NY for Engel Berman Associates, We installed synthetic grass putting green with the 4 holes freeform putting green all built with the synthetic turf, and the fringe around was built with synthetic grass with a taller pile of synthetic grass. We also installed a sand bunker that is close to the dog park in the development. It’s an apartment complex. Ready for all of the residents to enjoy. Another sports game court was built by Gappsi. The construction of the putting green is a standard procedure for Gappsi, we started with the excavation of the grass and topsoil, to allow 6 to 8 state-approved recycled concrete bases for the entire putting green area. Then we installed one inch of bluestone dust to surface the recycled concrete base and covered it with a mesh fabric weed barrier. Then we laid the synthetic turf, shaped the putting green, and cut the fringe around it including a sand bunker and 4 holes with flags.

The entire patio was paved with G040 marble pavers selected from the Gappsi Stone collection. We also installed a raised patio with steps leading to the lower pool patio. The patio is used for a dining table and a barbecue grill. We also installed an Excite spa. Beautiful Spa is very functional. We installed a vinyl pool in a free form shape with steps in the shallow area and an extra large bench in the deep end. The pool depth is 45 inches in the shallow area and 66 inches in the deep end. We installed a water feature wall veneered with silver travertine random pattern and capt with g040 2 inch copings. 3 sheer descents were installed as water features spilling into the pool and wall washer lighting was installed to accent the walls and the water features. G040 marble pavers, very beautiful color variations, very relaxed patterns, combination of grays, silver golden veins and white accents. One of the best sellers of the Gappsi Stone collections.

Shuffleboard court installed in Dix Hills NY. Was designed with a nicolock wall to retain the soil for trees that were planted in. We created a bench halfway to the court. We used an oyster bland colonial wall. The court is shuffleboard made with metflex tiles and the area was covered with synthetic grass as a patio area.

Backyard Renovation Huntington NY G040 Marble PaversThis was a complete backyard pool area renovation in Huntington NY. Both the pool and spa were finished with super blue diamond bright, with 6 inches porcelain tiles in the water line. The spa is also equipped with an autocover. The all backyard patio was paved with Gappsi G040 marble pavers. We installed two inches thick coping on the spa, swimming pool and steps and wall caps. We installed glass tiles on the edges of the steps and the bench. 6 Led laminars spilling into the pool , 3 on each side of the. In the deep end we build a raised platform in place of the diving board. We installed 3 three ft led sheer descends under the coping of the platform. The platform was built and veneered with silver travertine. We also installed 2 led electrical spillover water balls. The steps and columns were accented with wall washer lights. Beautiful job and magnificent view of this long island north shore home. The installation of the patios was done on concrete base and G040 marble pavers were installed on one inch of fine sand, polymeric sand was installed and vibrated in between the pave joints to fill the spaces. The all pool was replumbed with new 2 inches poly pipes, a new gas heater and new air blower was added to the existing equipment.the overall effect of the water features added to the pool compliment the great water view of the long island sound.
