We built a 10×60 bocce with outside walls in pressure-treated lumber. The inside floor was constructed with recycled concrete compacted and the grass used is specifically made for Gappsi. This is our bocce grass. We also installed 2 putting green holes on each side of the court, on the opposite sides. So it is a multisport court. It can be used as a bocce court and a putting green.
At each end, we installed 2 lights. The court at night is fully led because the lights are both in the opposite direction of each other. The grass is manufactured with a rubber membrane underneath. We use silica sand as an infill so when you play with the ball it has a very natural fill. It is pretty much a life billiard more than it is the usual bocce court with gravel. It stays clean. Very easy to keep it clean. The sand does not move out of the way. Every time the landscaper comes to cut the grass they clean the court very easily.

This is our latest outdoor kitchen. It was built with Eldorado prefab cabinets and veneered with travertine tumbled fiorito veneer. Also the walkway around was a new extension to the old patio and was also paved with fiorito travertine. that is our exclusive natural stone color of travertine G036. We also used tanbrown as the counter top polished granite. There is a footrest at the bottom and the stools go over right under the overhang of the granite. We also incorporated the backyard stoop as part of the new layout. We installed all Twin Eagle appliances. The icemaker , summer refrigerator, a bar sink, a burner and a grill combination and a 36“ gas grill. We built a 13×90 regulation bocce court. The construction was done with pressure treated lumber as a framer around the entire court. A recycled concrete base and bluestone to level the surface. Gappsi bocce grass was used as the surface and filled with silica sand. This synthetic turf was custom made specifically for Gappsi. This is a gunite pool that we built in Smithtown NY. It is a 20×40 with a spa and a sundeck. The sundeck has two led lights bubblers that we programmed in red and the spa in magenta color. The pool has led lights along one side and led laminars two on each side of the pool. We installed Italian porcelain for the patio and bluestone coping for the pool and marble coping for the spa. The pool is equipped with an auto cover and the rest of the backyard is paved with synthetic grass.
These are new precast cabinets made of a composite concrete and a fiber reinforced mash. They are going to be assembled and bolt together. The rustic surface has veneers applied to them. The raised bar area we created with metal stands and Durarock. the cut outs we make with the cabinets to fit the kitchen and the grill and all the appliances. This is a complete kitchen we built with Eldorado precast outdoor cabinets made of lightweight cement and it was veneered with silver travertine rock face 4inch veneers and a limestone countertop. The appliances are a combination of delta, twin eagle and summit refrigerator, bar and a Delta grill. All beautiful and solid ready for the customer to enjoy.
