The image to the left pictures our team applying a custom Quartzite finish on a beautifully designed Gunite pool and spa which overlooks the water on the Sag Harbor sound. The pool walls were built with Gunite shot in place that consisted of high density 4000 PSI sand and cement mix. The Quartzite finish is applied during the last stage of the pool’s construction. In this case, the customer also chose to have a Jandy Aquapure Salt Water Chlorine Generator, and Cartridge Filter installed to keep their water extra clean and crystal clear.

To preserve and maintain your stone patio’s natural beauty, Gappsi offers cleaning & power-washing services. First, we power-wash your patio with streams of low heat high pressure water, then polymeric sand is applied between the joints of the paving stones to help resist the growth of weeds, and finally the last step is to apply the sealant. The high gloss sealer intensifies the color & details of the stone. This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The two step multi-leveled patio is a multi-colored Melfi Limestone with Scogli Di Mare coping. The strategically placed columns are comprised of a marbleized Travertine natural stone veneer with a Scogli Di Mare cap, and are accented by two transitional style pier mounts in antique bronze with amber diffusers for ambiance lighting. The columns and raised patio facade, is comprised of 4” high veneers with a mix of varying lengths ranging from 6” to 14”. We finished the design with key details such as stylish wrought iron accessories and outdoor dining set.
