“EXCEPTIONAL! Before we hired someone to install our circular driveway, in 1996 and our backyard in 2007, we physically looked at more than a dozen jobs. Gunite swimming pool was constructed with 10 inches concrete wall shell and 8 inches gunite floor. With ½ inches rebar 12 inches on center, radiuses built in gunite shell spa has been built in the center of shallow end with sundecks on each side of it with steps that lead in the pool. Along both side of the 40 ft wall a stand ledge was created in the pool floor to allow small kids to cross the pool by walking on it. The deep end of the swimming pool incorporates 2 sets of corner stairs and a bench connecting them both.
This house was built in Commack NY by Gappsi Inc. A small cape style home was demolished, and new foundation for the extension was added to the existing Basement to accommodate the new room’s additions to build this new 5000 sq ft colonial home. The house was built with luxury modern amenities, a new beautiful kitchen, and comfortable bathrooms; even has a gas fireplace in the master bedroom. All floors have radiant heat and all exterior walls were sprayed with foam insulation. The exterior driveway, porch, walkways and patios wore paved using the Gappsi scogli di mare limestone pavers.
