Looking to restore your pavers on your driveway, walkway, stoops, or backyard and pool patios, Gappsi provides cleaning & sealing of paving stones for both nassau & suffolk county long island, NY. In the following video you can view a step by step process of cleaning & sealing paving stones. Starting with pressure washing of pavers with high volume low pressure hot water, this cleans and removes dirt & grime that has collected between the joints throughout the years, preparing the surface of the pavers to be sealed. The next step is to refill the joints with polymeric sand and vibrate with a specialized machine, which petrifies when comes into contact with water, which we mist with a garden hose. Next we apply a urethane based sealer. This product is specially formulated to never yellow, fade or peel from pavers. The special sealer gives the stone colors a deeper tone but not a shiny look. We provide sealer installation services as well as retail, where you can buy our paver sealer to apply yourself.

To preserve and maintain your stone patio’s natural beauty, Gappsi offers cleaning & power-washing services. In addition to providing cleaning & sealing services to restore your natural stones to their original state, the Gappsi team also provides the application of polymeric sand, and cleaning & sealing for decks, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, and natural stone veneers. First, we power-wash your patio with streams of low heat high pressure water, then polymeric sand is applied between the joints of the paving stones to help resist the growth of weeds, and finally the last step is to apply the sealant. The high gloss sealer intensifies the color & details of the stone. Our water based urethane sealer is environmentally safe to plants and pets, while rejuvenating your old distressed pavers or simply protecting your newly installed patio or driveway.

This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The key focus of our design was the Custom natural stone three-tier pondless water feature with a natural stone moca Travertine facade comprised of 4” high veneers with a mix of varying lengths ranging from 6” to 14”. The waterfall also showcases two lion face wall sconce water features, and spillover half circle sconces, and a 3′ sheer descent. The three-tiered wall is capped with 2″ Travertine coping, matching the surrounding french pattern Travertine patio.
