The swimming pool was equipped with Pentair LED lighting, a saltwater-chlorine system, a gas heater, a DE filter system, and full automation. The bathroom vanity, niche, corner bench and wall edges on the entry to the shower are all granite. We used pebble stones on the floor of the shower to bring a natural, organic, spa like feeling and porcelain wood looking planks on the rest of the floor. The patio is covered with a 12′ x 12′ white portico with round columns. The elegant portico overlooking the ocean is stylish yet practical, providing a certain level of shade without being completely enclosed.
