Pool house pavilion/garage combination built in Dix Hills, NY with cedar shake shingles impression vinyl siding and 30 year architectural brown shingles. Approximately 3,000 sq ft of Moca travertine pavers were used for the entire backyard, and the deck leading to the house was constructed with Timbertech. 16×33 Gunite swimming pool, built in West Hampton, NY by Gappsi. Pool was finished with French Gray Diamond Brite and Gray Porcelain tile trim. The pool also has a safety auto-cover, corner stairs, deep-end bench, and flamed bluestone coping. The patio tiles are a random pattern combination of large-sized Italian grey (Metal) porcelain pavers. Project designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installation done by Gappsi.
