Gappsi provides masonry construction in Setauket, NY and all of Long Island. This outdoor cooking island was constructed with cement block walls and veneered with natural stones. The counter top is tan brown granite, the twin eagle grill is in the center and the sitting areas are on both sides. The right side is in the shape of a circle as a table can sit several chairs around it; the left side has a two-level area with a higher back for taller stools, the bar area matching the sitting wall was built around the main table with light piers on each side, and it was capped with rock-faced bluestones. The patio pavers installed are tumbled Nicolock village pavers in Adobe Blend and the paver joints are filled with polymeric sand and sealed.

The semi-circle design of these out door kitchen incorporates many appliances, from the bar sink, grill, smoker, oven, refrigerator and a breakfast station and many access doors for storage areas. Walls were constructed of steel studs and cement blocks and then veneered with Fiorito travertine. The counter tops were made out of polished Brazilian granite and floor in between the 2 island are travertine French pattern Moca. All appliances are Twin Eagle also supplied by Gappsi. This outdoor kitchen was built in a U shape layout. It incorporates many amenities such as twin eagle appliances, pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, ice makers, cook top and a bar sink. The colorful out door lighting creates a inviting atmosphere for friends and family. The shell was veneered with Fiorito veneer travertine selected from the Gappsi natural stone collection. The vinyl, free form pool incorporates a wall with sheer descends. The backyard was designed with a deck and paving stone patio. Designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by Gappsi.
