We started with the design that included a new porch and portico by the backyard sliding door, a new pavilion, and a cooking island with a raised bar sitting area. We then built a new custom vinyl pool, a natural moss rock waterfall, natural limestone .

This house was remodeled by Gappsi. The front door portico was redesigned and built elongated to cover the front steps and entrance way. The soffit in a shape of a dome was covered in synthetic 2-inch white strips with the columns having a trim design. A new front metal door was installed with a stucco molding trim, which compliments the window molding and beige stucco finish on the center part of the house. Natural quartz stone veneers were installed 4 ft high throughout the front of the house – below the stucco and all the way to the top under the soffit on both ends. Gappsi designed and installed the whole project, including the landscaping, walkways, and patios.

Pool house pavilion/garage combination built in Dix Hills, NY with cedar shake shingles impression vinyl siding and 30 year architectural brown shingles. Part of the structure has a garage door to the driveway and an overhanging pavilion facing the pool and backyard. The garage was built with extra height to accommodate a car lift. Trim and columns were finished with Azek, masonry piers and BBQ island, with a grill refrigerator and bar sink, constructed with Moca travertine veneers. The large free form swimming pool was built with concrete walls and a liner, a shallow deep end to accommodate the SRS Slide, 3 sheer descents built in the raised wall on the back side of the pool, concrete steps covered with a textured liner, a deep end bench, a standing ledge, an LED light, gas heater, salt water chlorine system, and full automation. Approximately 3,000 sq ft of Moca travertine pavers were used for the entire backyard, and the deck leading to the house was constructed with Timbertech. Custom designed with double mental and arched large fireplace hart, this outdoor fireplace was built with cement blocks and the fire chamber lined with firebricks.
The outside was done with scogli di mare limestone tumbled veneers, and 2 inch coping stones for the metals and caps. The veneers were installed in straight and herringbone detail and dimensional patterns for inlays, sitting walls matching the fireplace were built on both sides to enhance the fireplace and provide additional permanent sitting.
