Gappsi designed and installed the swimming pool, patio and landscape in Commack NY. Deck jets water feature, were installed on one long side of the newly installed vinyl lined concrete wall swimming pool. These deck jets water features create a pleasant sound effect that can be heard from every part of the backyard. This house was built in Commack NY by Gappsi Inc. A small cape style home was demolished, and new foundation for the extension was added to the existing Basement to accommodate the new room’s additions to build this new 5000 sq ft colonial home. The house was built with luxury modern amenities, a new beautiful kitchen, and comfortable bathrooms; even has a gas fireplace in the master bedroom. All floors have radiant heat and all exterior walls were sprayed with foam insulation. The exterior driveway, porch, walkways and patios wore paved using the Gappsi scogli di mare limestone pavers.
