Landscape and masonry for Brookside Multicare Nursing Center in Smithtown NY was remodeled by Gappsi. Starting with the court yard, an old 10 ft wide concrete sidewalk was removed and new Nicolock pavers were installed. A new putting green was built in front of the gym room where it can be viewed from the inside through the large window facing the courtyard. As focal point, a large berm with landscaping and a pond-less water fall were built as a backdrop to the putting green, the entire courtyard surrounding it was graded and sods were installed throughout.

This sports field also served as recreational court for residents living in the surrounding buildings, providing a maintenance free court yard, for families to gather and socialize while playing sports activities.
