Just a few questions:
1) you have in the proposal to “install” kitchen cabinets. I just want to confirm that I’m not responsible for supplying the cabinets and this is included. Also, I’d like to be involved with choosing the cabinets.
2) I’d like to propose a payment schedule of 50% up front, 25% after electrical work is completed, and 25% after permits.
3) nothing major but there is no “den”. My parents have a living room.

I’m just thinking about the pool house being built after the pool, patio, fence and everything is all buttoned up. There is going to be an electric sub-panel and water run to the pool house, how is that going to happen if the pool house isn’t built until later. Is that a problem? Let me know how it will work so I know what to expect.
