Estimate for paver driveway stoop and portico Bethpage long island

First off thank you very much for coming on your wife’s birthday but next time reschedule!! I’m always here and definitely would not have minded…
Anyway with regards to the driveway just wanted to make sure that a couple things were included so I don’t need to waste your time and go back and forth on some things:
What material would you recommend for our driveways?
Drywell – 50-100 gallon needed on Scotts side of the driveway if available. Can you let us know our options on sizes so he can decide please
Scotts Driveway – I know we discussed the options for having some sort of inlay for a car area that he can seal yearly in the event that some oil or car residue spills and that’s durable enough to withstand weight of trucks on car trailers, etc… What material would you recommend if any? Do you think this is the best approach to keep the driveway stain free? If so, then whatever you use would you recommend to make some sort of design centered with the portico to tie it in together?
Steps – Obviously this needs to be included in estimate
I am going to wait to see your design based on the survey as I was a little confused with the layout you said ( I understood the half circle ) but was unsure of were to park additional cars and that is key. I looked at some pictures and drove around and notice many with a short driveway straight on the outer sides connecting the half circle and didn’t mind that on my side since Scott is going to have a straight driveway as well but I am open to any suggestions on the look as you are the expert :-).. I just need to coordinate with removing the landscaping wherever it will be. I would like to keep it as simple and economical (well at least tell Scott I am) as we can get but still look amazing as possible while very functional…. I know you get the idea and of what we are trying to achieve here which is why we called you guys :-)..
Looking forward to seeing the design and estimate I think :-)…. I’m just waiting for one more estimate on the construction of the portico and will make my decision on that but thank you for bringing Charles.. You have such a nice group of people working for you. They are all a pleasure!!

Landscape Contractor Designers-Masonry Contractor Designers Long Island

DREAM COMES TRUE! I built a deck in my backyard and wanted to compliment it with a patio. We researched options with other contractors prior to visiting the Gappsi Showroom in Smithtown. Once meeting Giuseppe our search ended. Giuseppe with his design team and 3D rendering of our backyard truly amazed my wife and I. He came up with a design that was perfect for our backyard. Travertine marble was used for the patio while Nicolock pavers and blocks were used to create a fountain and fire pit with seating. An inlaid design in the patio made it truly unique. Giuseppe’s professional and courteous crew arrived daily on time and did not leave the site until the job was completed. His attention to the foundation of the travertine pavers was very professional. The property was prepared properly to avoid problems with tree roots in the future. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and flawless. We have received many compliments on the design and workmanship. Rolando and his team are also to be complimented for their landscaping design and installation to complete the final project. Giuseppe is a fair, honest and reputable contractor that I would highly recommend to anyone considering a beautification project for their home. Peter & Vikki Lipari

Request estimates for driveways-walkway-front stoop-fence-drywell-landscape.

Long island Bethpage. I am happy to report that with all this beautiful weather a lot of my snow has melted so I assume I can schedule and estimate with you. So their are several components to my estimates, construction, brickwork and landscaping needs so I am not sure whom to make the appointment with.
Option 1 Estimate Needed – Front Door Construction, Stoop, Handrails and Portico – with this option a half circle driveway for my side and Scotts driveway to be completed with a drywell. With this I would need my existing landscaping removed from the front yard and reconfigured in the front and the back by the pool area with all the plants I have as well as the lawn spraying done after in both the front and back yard and fence moved up to make my existing front door my side door… My favorite option just not sure if I can afford much more of you 🙂 With this one, can you separate the construction, pavers and landscaping numbers if possible…?
Option 2 Estimate Needed- Have driveways done as is just making a little wider on both and with Scotts having drywell put in as well. With Scotts and My driveway having inlays done so they can be sealed each year to prevent the oil and car gook from his side from ruining your beautiful work Also need lawn spraying done with this option.
With either of these options I will also have to change the water main from the street to the house so once you rip I may need a couple days to complete on my side of the house… Also I do know that the backyard needed additional dirt to evenly grade the property before the spraying and my crazy husband has decided to dig out the basement himself with some guys (yes he is absolutely nuts but we gain another 27x 17 room) so we have been placing the dirt in the backyard to hopefully use for grading front and back.. If this is not usable I will have it carted away before you begin.
