This project includes the construction of 18×38 gunite swimming pool with all the amenities, such as a gas heater, salt chlorine generator, LED lights, a safety auto cover, automation and an ozone system. The Limestone pavers and copings installed for the swimming pool were selected from the Gappsi showroom, this particular one is called Melfi stones and its manufactured in India, Indian Limestone pavers and copings are very hard stones and very colorful. A 16×32 custom pavilion is built for outdoor use includes a wood burning fireplace and couch area , a large cast aluminum dining table and an L shaped island built with using Wolf outdoor cabinetry, Wolf outdoor cabinets are available in three colors: white, ash, and black, and there is a wide variety in the Wolf Outdoor Cabinetry Line. This allows the customer to completely customize their dream outdoor kitchen area. Cabinet pieces are made specifically for different parts of the outdoor kitchen, including bases and drawer combinations for grills, sinks, propane tank storage, and waste containers. A Twin Eagle 42 inch grill, a sink, refrigerator and ice maker. the counter-top is made out of black granite with a very special finish of leather texture. The veneers for the fireplace are brick veneers and wood planks for the cooking island, both for the manufactured by Eldorado. Limestone pavers and copings are also used for the steps and walls that lead to the grass area in front of the backyard door stoop. A walkway that connects the backyard stoop to the cabana and to the swimming pool area was made with 36×24 inches stepping stones inlayed in between the grass. The most common pattern used is the French pattern, also called Marseilles and Opus Romano pattern. In this project, located in Merrick, NY, approximately 2,000 sq ft of patio was installed using Moca travertine selected from the Gappsi showroom. The colors variations of the Moca travertine consist of beige, browns, and white. Travertine pavers and coping have become very popular in the last decade within the New York area. Consumers and contractors have accepted and learned from using it, because it can withstand the cold weather in the region. A small vinyl pool was also installed in this backyard. Four deck jets are installed along one side of the pool, and the swimming pool also contains a heater, a salt chlorine system, and LED lights. The pool coping consists of 2 inch thick travertine custom made for Gappsi in randomly mixed lengths. A sitting wall was built all around the backyard perimeter, adding a finished look to the evergreen trees planted behind it. It is veneered with Nantucket Eldorado stones and travertine coping to match the swimming pool. The backyard sliding door semi circular steps are built also called wedding cake steps and finished with Travertine pavers and coping. The front walkway from the driveway is built with 24 x 24 inch, 2 inch thick, stepping stones. Travertine pavers and coping come with surface holes and imperfections due to the natural creation of the travertine, as a build up of lime in shallow body of water that took place over millions of years, also the colors of the Travertine pavers and coping are naturally embedded in the stone structure.

Marble pavers and copings installed in Northport NY 11768.The project was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installation was done by Gappsi professionals. This upscale project includes a very classy and comfortable pool house with many amenities along with marble pavers and copings for inside the pool house floor and window sills. A 25 x 45 vinyl lined swimming pool was built with many options, including a safety auto-cover and a custom built 6 x 9 spill over spa, four LED deck laminar jets, LED lights, a double propane heater with heat pump, chlorine salt generator, full automation, double in-wall ladder, stadium stairs across the shallow area, and a gray fiberglass diving board with fly deck bottom. Marble pavers and copings were also installed surrounding the swimming pool and the entire house patio. Marble pavers and copings installed in this area primarily contain gray colors with gold veins finished in a sandblasted and tumbled process. The texture and edges are very conformable and timeless in look. They are manufactured in Brazil in a french pattern design. Installation was done on one inch of clean sand over four inches of poured concrete base and compacted sub base. The veneers for pool house and spa walls are tumbled travertine ledge stone cut 2 inches high and manufactured with a bash backing in 2 ft long panels. Custom-made corners were also used throughout the installation. Backyard Designed And Installed By Gappsi Saint James NY With Scabbos Travertine Pavers This backyard layout includes a vinyl-lined swimming pool with fiberglass steps and a raised patio area next to the pool, which was built as a sundeck and also to include a sheer descent water feature installation. Also, we installed a wood burning fire-pit and sitting wall combination with travertine veneer and coping. The whole backyard patio and pool area was paved with Scabos french pattern travertine pavers and silver travertine coping.
