This design features the slate patio & walkway installation by Gappsi Group at a private residence located on the water in Long Island, NY. The patio is covered with a 12′ x 12′ white portico with round columns. The elegant portico overlooking the ocean is stylish yet practical, providing a certain level of shade without being completely enclosed. The blue gray natural slate stepping stones compliment the surrounding pebble gravel and the overall tranquility of the oceanfront property.

This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The image to the left pictures the construction of a custom outdoor fire pit and natural stone patio in East Northport. The round gas fire pit was built with Hanover walls in a tan blend and Melfi Limestone caps, the surrounding patio is also Melfi Limestone in a circle pattern. The charming seating area is comprised of modern yet comfortable Rattana furniture in neutral tones.
This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The two step multi-leveled patio is a multi-colored Melfi Limestone with Scogli Di Mare coping. The strategically placed columns are comprised of a marbleized Travertine natural stone veneer with a Scogli Di Mare cap, and are accented by two transitional style pier mounts in antique bronze with amber diffusers for ambiance lighting. The columns and raised patio facade, is comprised of 4” high veneers with a mix of varying lengths ranging from 6” to 14”. We finished the design with key details such as stylish wrought iron accessories and outdoor dining set.
