The old bathroom was totally gutted and new plumbing and insulation was installed before new sheetrock and wonder board ware installed on the studs. New shower pan shower door, toilet, vanity, mirror cabinet lighting and porcelain tiles for floor and walls. A complete remodel of the entire bathroom. Long island Sports Game Courts Company
This Soccer field was built by Gappsi in Manhattan NY, base material consisted of state approved RCA, topped with blue stone screening and landscape fabric then the Synthetic grass was installed and striped. This sports field also served as recreational court for residents living in the surrounding buildings, providing a maintenance free court yard, for families to gather and socialize while playing sports activities.
Fire place built indoor by Gappsi in Commack NY. With wood burning chamber veneered with firebricks. The structure was framed with metal studs and fireproofed cement boards. 16 ft high fireplace walls were then veneered with Fiorito travertine Multi sizes mixed. The fireplace hearth and shelves were custom cut from sandstone treads. Shelves installed half way in the wall add dimension to the wall and make easier to decorate with flower vase, pictures and Christmas decoration
Basketball court built in Smithtown by Gappsi with Versa court tiles over a 6 inches concrete base. Total size of court is 30 x 40 and included a 14 ft. high led light, adjustable basketball hoop and outbound netting along 2 sides.
