area has all the necessities needed for a gourmet outdoor kitchen. the main attraction is the forty
eight inch grill with over 1,300 square inches of cooking surface and five cast iron burners
pumping out 29,000 BTU. the heat is displaced using ceramic cooking tubes for ample and
proper infrared searing and reduces flareups. Accompanied with the grill is a double side burner
unit for side dishes. underneath are two warming drawers to keep food at the proper temperature
and a trash bin to the right of it. located on the far side of the picture is the Bar and speed rack
area that holds 17 gallons worth of ice and holds five bottles of your choosing. a sink and prep
area also flanks the left side of the bar station. this homeowner was serious about wanting to
entertain outside and with the help of the design team of Gappsi and our meticulous installation
team we fitted this BBQ/Bar island majestically in the homeowners backyard for truly awesome
events and parties.
