The backyard design incorporates a 20×40 swimming pool accompanied with an autocover.
The coping is Pennsylvania Bluestone, 12 inches wide in 5 foot long sections, and surrounding the pool is 4000 sq ft of synthetic Turf.

“We spent a lot of time to investigate and look around for the best person who did driveways and the backyard work. After looking at many other contractors’ work and seeing Giuseppe’s work we quickly decided to give our project to Giuseppe to design and built our swimming pool with an auto cover. Our pool is safe and it stays clean thank to the expertise of Gappsi Pools. We had a salt water system installed and Gappsi did a great job building it. He got our permit very fast and completed the pool very quickly We had Nicolock colonial cobble autumn blend paving stones with Granite City borders and full nose coping as the masonry patio build around the swimming pool. The backyard also incorporates a multi-level raised patio with a bbq and bar sitting area; planting beds for flowers and trees were created along the top of the walls. Walkways were built on both side of the house to connect to the driveway and the front of the house. The driveway was designed with inlays of fans for the driveway apron and a large circle designed courtyard with a paver art sun design in the center and a grand entrance walk way to the front door… Giuseppe has a lot of knowledge of what he does. His work amazed us when we went to see many projects he did many years ago. Those places still look good like brand new. He really works hard to give you the best product and he really cares for the best end results. He has such amazing ideas and he listened to all our needs. Like other contractors, he does not talk you into doing more work with him if it’s not going to look good. He gives you the best advice. Doing a brand new construction we came across many contractors but no one was as near good as Giuseppe is. He starts the Job when he tells you and finishes on time. It was very difficult to go through all the construction we did and dealing with other contractors for the house. His work was so fast and neat. After having him work on our backyard and the driveway we really wish that we had a contractor like him doing our whole house. Giuseppe’s workers were very nice, respectful, on time and meticulous. We also want to mention that In our community, we came across at least 4 people who worked with him in the past and are very happy with his work. We recommend Giuseppe and Gappsi and welcome others to see the beautiful work which he did in our backyard and the driveway.”

“Giuseppe Abbrancati I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with the pool, patio, fireplace and retaining wall Gappsi built. The difference in our property has been tremendous. We have received so many compliments and one of the best and “most frequent compliments” is the backyard should be in a magazine. We love it even in the winter when the pool was closed its magnificent. Regarding the construction and all the aspects from beginning to end I can’t stress enough how “stress less” this was. From the time of our first appointments with Giuseppe right to the completion, we received everything we contracted for and more. I have been involved with construction many, many times and we never ever had to come home to find something was not done right. The excavation, pool walls, leveling, removal of dirt, trees, forms, electric, gravel delivery, stone delivery, design of patio, fireplace, outdoor kitchen walls, stone decorative walls, coping and every other piece of the project completely 100% of the time we never had a problem with the completion not being exactly as we discussed during our appointments. We had many different aspects and the crew was one of the most professional and especially expert in their trade. The pool was completed to perfection including the stairs, stone, lights, filter, heater and liner (without any wrinkles in the final installation). The electric pool cover was something we had not originally planned for and we are so happy it was explained to us. If we had not done the electric pool cover, we would constantly be cleaning and heating the pool. Again it was a slight challenge due to the extended size of the pool, but attention to every detail and research was done to be sure it would be implemented correctly. It was and it is well worth the extra cost because it saves in the long run. I would highly recommend this. Giuseppe promised to deliver the entire package with the various experts all pulling together and he did. I would more than highly recommend GAPPSI in pools, patios and any home improvement contract is works on. This is like the academy awards Giuseppe! I hope I have mentioned everyone and all aspects of the job to thank everyone involved. It was PERFECT! As I mentioned before, I have been involved in home improvement in the past and totally know how contracting can go wrong from ideas to the crew themselves. GAPPSI made the work and project stress free. Thank you sooooo much!!!!”
