Simple, clean lines, and elegant design incorporates a 20×40 gunite swimming pool with many features. It includes a built-in spa, finished with waterline porcelain tiles and a blue diamond brite quartz finish made to last a long time. The spa, swimming pool, and all the other options are fully automated by a control accessible through a smartphone. The swimming pool is also equipped with a safety auto cover, that can open and close in one minute. The swimming pool equipment includes a gas heater, multiple VS pumps, an air blower for the spa, a salt-chlorine generator system, and an ozone system. This very unique layout incorporates a wooden bridge going across the narrow part of the swimming pool. A basketball hoop was installed on the side of the bridge facing the shallow area creating a perfect play area for grown ups and kids to enjoy. In the shallow area, a curved sundeck was built to accommodate lounge chairs, and to enter the pool, five steps were installed leading down to a 48 inch shallow pool area. Three LED jet bubblers were installed on the second step creating a very elegant water feature and accent. A 9×6 custom-built spa was constructed with a bench, a liner, and 2 lights. It was raised 18 inches above the patio height to create a spillover into the pool. Across from it, a raised sun deck made for a lounge chair area was set up 18 inches above the pool patio. In the wall facing the pool, two 3 foot wide sheer descents were installed as water features in combination with the two Pentair laminars set in the patio floor. All the water features and pool have LED color lights built into them, making this pool a great feature in the dark as it is in the day time. The deep end ladder and the handrail installed by the steps are stainless steel. This backyard layout includes a vinyl-lined swimming pool with fiberglass steps and a raised patio area next to the pool, which was built as a sundeck and also to include a sheer descent water feature installation. Also, we installed a wood burning fire-pit and sitting wall combination with travertine veneer and coping. The whole backyard patio and pool area was paved with Scabos french pattern travertine pavers and silver travertine coping.

Gappsi built a 20 x 40 vinyl swimming pool as well as a large pavilion built on a raised patio. This area can alternatively be used to place a dinner table and a seating area. In addition, this includes an outdoor kitchen incorporating Twin Eagle appliances.
