This project included many faces of constructions, starting with the excavation of the driveway and back yard patio, and the demolition of roof, siding and windows Gutters and doors. The house has been sided with new CertainTeed meadow blend a premium siding color, for both sides and back yard. For the front of the house manufactured cultured Eldorado Nantucket stacked stone veneer and stucco was used ibn combination tu create a unique design with accents and trims done with both materials. New 400 series white Anderson windows were installed throughout the all house. The roofing material was a 50 year architectural style in charcoal color and 6 inches oversized gutter with new soffits and fascia. Nicolock Granite City paving stones ridge with triple of charcoal and marble blend fan and circle inlays were used for driveway, front walkway and back yard patio

The focus of the design is centered around the three-tier cascading waterfall and fish pond featuring natural boulders, aquatic plants, and ideally juxtaposed landscape lighting to illuminate the entire area. There are many elements to this intricate backyard design featuring a natural stone patio, natural stone walls, columns and veneers, a raised deck, a fire pit, cabana, outdoor island & grill, portico, and an in-ground free form swimming pool. All of these elements come together to create a complete outdoor living & entertaining space specified to meet the individual needs of our customer. This design features the slate patio & walkway installation by Gappsi Group at a private residence located on the water in Long Island, NY. The patio is covered with a 12′ x 12′ white portico with round columns. The elegant portico overlooking the ocean is stylish yet practical, providing a certain level of shade without being completely enclosed. The blue gray natural slate stepping stones compliment the surrounding pebble gravel and the overall tranquility of the oceanfront property.
