The cooking island was built using all Delta Appliances which can be found in our online store. For the patio, we used G046 limestone and G045 blue limestone for the pool coping all selected from the Gappsi Natural Stones Collection. In addition, we kept the top of the wall with matching coping to the pool. This was a very large wall project but our team at Gappsi has the experience and knowledge. To complete the project the area was very beautifully landscaped by our team at Gappsi. To add to the depth and beauty of the property on the second level we built a circular patio with G046 brown limestone and a fire pit built with matching stones and added a Breeo Smokeless Stainless Steel Fire Pit. This was a very beautiful project to design and build with many details.

The pool is 5 inches in the shallow area to 66 inches in the deep-end water height. Gappsi also created 3 sided steps leading to the backyard. We built a pool house with a sitting area to the outside connecting to the indoors with a window to pass through all trimmed with Azek. We created an open bean look all painted to match the white trim moldings throughout the pool house. Gappsi’s latest home improvement was in Suffolk County Long Island in Yaphank.  The spa was built in gunite and the pool was built using a vinyl liner. We installed an automated control for the heat.  The homeowner can even control the flow of the spa from an iPhone or a smartphone. HOW COOL!  The spa was built between the pool and the pavilion. The homeowner can use the spa and also friends can see from the pavilion creating a congregating area between the spa and the pavilion sitting area. We installed stools wrapped with the liner on one side. Steps to get into the pool. And the pool is a gradual slope with a straight wall that goes from 45 inches in the shallow area to 66 inches in the deep end.
