Can’t find Rolando’s tel #. One of the sprinkler lines under the patio is cracked. Some of the stones need to be taken off to patch this. We can’t have the rest of the sprinkler system and lawn repaired until this is taken care of. Maybe they can bring the bobcat to fix the ruts in the lawn at the same time?

Install new asphalt driveway with a one paver border (6″x9″) around the perimeter. Excacate and install
6″ RCA base, compacted with heavy roller. A curved apron is to be installed at the bottom of the
driveway above the concrete sidewalk. New concrete sidewalk is to be poured as well as concrete
driveway entrance from the street. A new paver walkway is to replace the existing. Paver material for
the project is to be nicolock 6″ x 9″. Color to be determined. The front stoop has a crack on the right
side, which is to be repaired as well.

Scott – Ok. We actually have a gigantic rectangular tarp, which is
what the previous owners used to cover the pool. It is large enough to
cover both the pool and the (non-hot) tub. Previously they used
rectangular containers of water as weights. Daniel reported that he
had been advised that bags of water are better, and that they require
a larger cover. So, we don’t know if this cover is large enough or
not. Do you want to come by and look at it, and if it is big enough
we’ll go with it, but if not we’ll measure for something else? Also,
the pool has not been serviced for several weeks (obviously), so it is
full of leaves and the chemicals are probably quite off-balance. Do we
need to do something about that before closing the pool?
