GAPPSI Gunite Pool Resurfacing Project Northport NY

Gappsi completed this gunite remodeling in Northport NY, the old patio was removed and replaced with new coping, new porcelain tiles plus a beautiful rock waterfall was added. We paved the entire patio with the New G044 White Limestone and G044 Gray Limestone. The grey and white limestone are a favorite choice among new homeowners.

In the pool, Gappsi installed 6″ water line porcelain tiles and marble dusted with dark gray marble dust. The spa was also remodeled and re-marble dusted with all new equipment. A new pump, new filters, a new ozone system, and a new salt chlorine generator were installed. The color of the marble dust with the reflection of the sky gives a very deep blue color to the pool water. The next step is landscaping. We will be doing some planting and trees behind the waterfall.

We built this backyard in Babylon NY. We installed a 16×32 Vinyl pool with G043 Marble pavers and coping. On one long side of the pool we installed a retaining wall veneered with cultured stones and capt with G045 Limestone Coping. Along and On top of the wall we build a pvc pergola as an accenting. We installed a sundeck in the shallow area of the pool with steps across, the pool liner is a dark blue color.The rest of the backyard was built by Gappsi 12 Years ago with the Pergola over the bar area in a raised patio also paved with travertine. Very exotic look and the customer is very happy.

A 30×30 basketball court installed on 4 inches poured concrete base reinforced with fiber mash, the sub base was prepared with recycled concrete and compacted with a mechanical plate compactor.. Mateflex tiles were installed over a concrete slab, a combination of red tiles for the field and black borders and then the court was striped with white line for the key and the Michael Jordan Logo imprinted in the key. An adjustable regulation hoop is also installed, the project was completed right before Christmas. Iit was a present for the homeowner’s 10 year old son.

Just completed this custom designed bathroom in Merrick NY. Martin did a very nice job installing the entire bathroom. All custom woodwork coffered ceilings, mosaics on the floor ,and a freestanding tub. Custom cabinets, all marble floors, walls, toilets and showers. Latest custom bathroom installed by Gappsi. Some of the products and material used are listed here and work performed: Custom layout- relocating toilet, relocating and building a new shower 54”x93”. and enlarge the window 72”x 78”.
Custom multi level coffered ceiling design. Waterproofing liner installation through all bathroom floors. Cement bedding under the tile floor. New plumbing and electrical. New Central vacuum hide-a-hose system. 24×24 tiles, 12×24 tiles, 2×12 top rail tile molding, 1/2 inch by 12 pencil tile, 12×13 custom cut floor/wall marble inlays. All select grade quality marble materials. Custom
marble tiles layout on the floor and walls. 4 levels of crown molding. Fontana shower body controls. Kingston brass vanity and tub faucets. Custom designed and built cabinets- vanity/beauty station. Koehler wall hung toilet. Kohler freestanding tub. White quartz countertops on vanity, beauty station and on shower bench. Picture frames in the shower from tile and outside frames from hardwood. ½ inch thick seamless shower glass.
