This small rectangular gunite swimming pool with an auto cover was built by Gappsi on Long Island NY. The pool walls were built with gunite shot in place that consisted of high density 4000 PSI sand and cement mix, and in this particular pool the auto cover box was created as part of the pool shell. The pool is surrounded by a natural stone patio comprised of Melfi Limestone pavers and matching coping. This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The focus of the design is centered around the small two-tier cascading waterfall encased within a landscape featuring a wall of natural boulders which is adjacent to the pool. This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. This project involves the installation of a custom-built gunite swimming pool in Huntington Bay on Long Island, NY. After the excavation of pool, we start the process of installing steel rebars. Upon completion this gunite swimming pool will have a built in spa, sun deck and custom benches along the perimeter of the pool, as well as an auto cover and several fire features incorporated in the design. Additional design details include; spill over water features, and deck jets installed under the natural stone coping. All construction and installation will be completed by our highly skilled Gappsi Group team members.
This design features the slate patio & walkway installation by Gappsi Group at a private residence located on the water in Long Island, NY. The patio is covered with a 12′ x 12′ white portico with round columns. The elegant portico overlooking the ocean is stylish yet practical, providing a certain level of shade without being completely enclosed. The blue gray natural slate stepping stones compliment the surrounding pebble gravel and the overall tranquility of the oceanfront property.
