Putting Green Turf and fringe Build in Uniondale NYThis is the second putting green that we build at the bricks in Uniondale NY. We also installed a sand bunker the putting green is built with synthetic turf with putting green turf and synthetic turf for the fringe. We installed 4 holes and the putting green is all freeform. Another Sports Court completed by Gappsi for Angel Berman.The construction of the putting green is a standard procedure for gappsi, we started with the excavation of the grass and topsoil, to allow 6 to 8 of state approved recycled concrete base for the entire putting green area. Then we installed one inch of bluestone dust to surface the recycled concrete base and covered it with a mesh fabric weed barrier. Then we laid the synthetic turf, shaped the putting green and cut the fringe around it including a sand bunker and 4 holes with flags.

Laurel Hallow Gunite renovation and bluestone patioThis is a gunite remodel in Laurel Hollow NY. The old gunite bond beam was replaced almost two feet down and the pool was rebuilt. We anchored new rebars to the existing shell and rebuilt the bond beam that was cracked around the entire pool. We installed new coping and a new bluestone patio. This is New York full color bluestone. The coping was a custom cut radius for the curbs in the pool. This spa was totally rebuilt in the exact same shape with also custom cut bluestone and natural stone veneer. And also custom bluestone was cut for the radius corners and steps. For the inside of the pool, in the water line we used mosaic looking tiles, glass tiles and we also used them to accent the edges of the steps. The finish of the pool is a hydrazzo finish which was acid, washed and polished. The hidrazo has a white base color with blue sparkles throughout. Once it is exposed with the acid the bluespark shows up and it reflects the sky color into the pool, this gives the pool an aqua color.

Ezak Deck and Pavilion -Backyard Laurel Hollow - NY 11771 Designer & BuilderThis project was designed and built by Gappsi for a client in Laurel Hollow NY, Nassau County. We Built a very large deck with azek 2 tone color combination for the field and trims for borders and steps. We built a u shaped outdoor kitchen all veneered with fiorito travertine and all twin eagles appliances. On this side we have a bar area in the future with stools. This was a custom built pavilion attached to the house. The inside pavilion is finished with cedar stain and all columns and moldings were stained with brown color to match the existing house. We created a sitting area with a tv mounted on the wall. The wall is also veneered with travertine to match the rest of the backyard. We have a sitting area with a firepit and outdoor kitchen service as a table for the people sitting next to the fireplace. We also built a 20×40 concrete wall vinyl pool with fiorito travertine coping. The pool is equipped with an autocover and all patios are built with out of azek decking including benches and steps. The pool is exposed on one side two feet out of the ground and also veneered with travertine. The clients are very happy. This is the latest gappsi design and installation of a backyard. Putting Green Sand Bunker Build In Uniondale NYThis putting greens we built in Uniondale NY for Engel Berman Associates, We installed synthetic grass putting green with the 4 holes freeform putting green all built with the synthetic turf, and the fringe around was built with synthetic grass with a taller pile of synthetic grass. We also installed a sand bunker that is close to the dog park in the development. It’s an apartment complex. Ready for all of the residents to enjoy. Another sports game court was built by Gappsi.
