This upscale project includes a very classy and comfortable pool house with many amenities along with marble pavers and copings for inside the pool house floor and window sills. A 25 x 45 vinyl lined swimming pool was built with many options, including a safety auto-cover and a custom built 6 x 9 spill over spa, four LED deck laminar jets, LED lights, a double propane heater with heat pump, chlorine salt generator, full automation, double in-wall ladder, stadium stairs across the shallow area, and a gray fiberglass diving board with fly deck bottom. Marble pavers and copings were also installed surrounding the swimming pool and the entire house patio.
