We build a 20×50 Gunite pool with an auto cover. The Color of the auto cover is green. We installed a sundeck in the corner of the pool in the shallow area with 2 Bubblers. We installed porcelain tiles in the water line. The finish of the pool is diamond bright super blue. We installed the diving board with a fly deck we did a 2inch coping of the G43 sand blasted and brushed marble. One of the most beautiful stones on the market. It is a combination of beige and browns, and shades. the sundeck has steps on 2 sides and the space left between the sundeck and the wall is a swim lane. The swimmers can flip and turn on the flat wall. we built a custom fireplace that has not been used yet it was just completed. We veneered it with clay brick veneer and firebricks for the fireplace chambers with the bluestone caps and mental This is our beautiful passion spa first one we sold next one is coming to the showroom. Backyard Design Gunite pool Masonry and landscape
Backyard Design Gunite pool, this is the complete project. One of the nicest designs and builds we have done and one of the best customers we ever worked for. We used the G44 Gappsi blue limestone for the entire patio. The pool is a 30×50 gunite pool geometrical freeform. We installed 2 water spill over pots and the fire features. the pool has a sundeck with a bubbler. It has a grotto with sheer descends and a bench underneath. The grotto is also used for the kids to dive into the deep end of the pool. It has also a slide custom build into the landscaping. for the side we have self contained waterfall pond less with natural rocks. We have steps to go up to the top of the grotto for the kids to jump out of. This patio area next to the waterfall is for a daybed. The coping was installed with tumbled silver travertine and all the veneers on the walls are split face silver travertine. The spa is elevated out of the pool to create a spill over or just used as a spa to get the water to be 104 degrees. We built a custom pavilion with an outdoor kitchen equipped with all brand new delta appliances. The TV Will go on the wall. This is the kitchen, we also built a fire pit area with a breeo smokeless stainless steel fire pit. Great technology and it will never rust. These are precast steps to go up to the platform of the slide and jumping platform over the top of the grotto. The pool finishes are super blue diamond bright with porcelain tiles underneath coping in the waterline. We took day pictures and as it got darker, with the lights on. The pool has led lights that change color in automatic the bubbler has a white light so it stands out and the spa has a separate light that can be in one color or automated to change color. Gunite pool renovation Northport NY
We just completed this gunite remodeling in Northport NY. We removed the old patio and installed new coping, new porcelain tiles and a waterfall. We paved the entire patio with the New G044 white and gray limestone. Very beautiful stones, everybody loves them. In the pool we installed porcelain tiles 6″ water line porcelain tiles. We marble dusted the pool with dark gray marble dust. The spa was also remodeled and re marble dusted with all new equipment . New pump, new filters, new ozone system, new salt chlorine generator. The color of the marble dust with the reflection of the sky gives a very deep blue color to the pool water . The next step is the landscaping. We will be doing some planting and trees behind the waterfall.

It was a total transformation into a living area that included all spread foam insulation on the exterior walls with wood stud construction, 1/2″ sheet rock throughout for the walls, and the ceiling was taped and speckled with teal color on the walls and white on the ceiling.

A layer of liquid tar was applied on the exterior walls and a 6 ML clear plastic was applied over the tar to make a continuous waterproof membrane. Two inch styrofoam panels are placed on top and then the soil is filled in to push against the foundation walls for a better insulation on the outside. R15 fiberglass insulation is also installed in between the 2×4 studs against the foundation walls. It is used to soundproof the basement from the rooms above.

Simple, clean lines, and elegant design incorporates a 20×40 gunite swimming pool with many features. It includes a built-in spa, finished with waterline porcelain tiles and a blue diamond brite quartz finish made to last a long time. The spa, swimming pool, and all the other options are fully automated by a control accessible through a smartphone. The swimming pool is also equipped with a safety auto cover, that can open and close in one minute. The swimming pool equipment includes a gas heater, multiple VS pumps, an air blower for the spa, a salt-chlorine generator system, and an ozone system. The pool also includes 2 water spill over fire bowls with LED lighting, a full sized diving board, and a sundeck LED bubbler water jet.
This backyard setting includes a gas fire pit area with a masonry patio fire pit structure, and 36 inches columns built to hold the fire bowls next to the pool.
