Concrete wall vinyl lined Swimming pool Built by Gappsi in Dix Hills Suffolk County NY. With full stadium stairs along shallow end wall, and Fiberglass spillover spas overall pool size is 20 x 40 3.5 to 8 feet deep with a diving board, Salt water chlorine generator and also a full automated safety cover. The masonry and patio were designed and installed by Gappsi, using a combination of Nicolock bayberry roman stones with charcoal borders and circles inlays and trims. Gappsi designed and installed this backyard in Lloyd Harbor, NY. It incorporates a 20’x50′ gunite swimming pool built with a spillover spa, sundecks with benches, and steps built within the pool. The swimming pool is also equipped with a safety auto cover and LED lights. Coping for the pool and spa was custom made out of Pennsylvania Bluestone, the interior finish of the pool consists of 6 inch porcelain tiles and Tahoe Blue diamond bright. All pool and raised house patios were paved with Gappsi beige sandstone pavers.
This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The vinyl-lined pool has a decorative border, and features a spillover spa, in-wall deep end ladder, and a diving rock. The pool is accented with a beautifully landscaped yard with planting beds filled with well-maintained plants, flowers, and shrubbery. The patio has stepping stones leading from the pool to the main walkway. We finished the design with key details such as wrought iron lounge chairs, bar chairs and dining table set for entertaining and relaxation. This pool house and patio of a private residence located on Long Island, features the design and construction, from concept to completion, by Gappsi Group. The quaint pool house is outlined with planting beds holding short voluminous green shrubs, with sweet and understated pink flowers adding a splash of color. The large gunite pool was custom designed and strategically plotted at the ideal location within the property survey. The pool’s amorphous shape is reminiscent of a natural lagoon, creating a tranquil environment. The custom-built natural stone spa, with an accompanying Scogli Di Mare Limestone step only adds to the serenity. The patio surrounding the pool and spa is made up of an array of mocha french pattern travertine, and lined with matching coping. The finishing touch on this backyard design, as well as an added entertainment factor, is the custom-built outdoor fire pit.
