- Increase home property value – Having a pool already boosts your property value but using marble as a pool deck tends to add property value as well. It can be a gain in property value compared to other pool deck materials.
Not everything about marble can be positive. Like any other material, there are a few drawbacks to marble.
- High-cost material – A con of marble actually relates to the last pro we brought up. As a luxury item, marble can increase your property value but it comes at a higher cost than some other material options. Luckily, the good news is that the added property value can help mitigate this upfront cost.
- Marble can stain – Beware of staining your marble pool deck since it is a porous material. For a pool deck, this isn’t usually a problem but if you host pool parties with food and drinks, for example, it’s a good idea to try to avoid spills and clean up any directly after they happen.
Vinyl Pool With Breeo Smokeless Fire Pit Nesconset NY
We built this large vinyl pool in Nesconset NY. It is a concrete wall freeform pool with a vinyl liner. We installed this sunk-down fire pit area and a wall in the background with water features. A large S.R. Smith turbo twister pool slide in gray was installed along with a diving board. The Gappsi team installed G041 sandblasted marble pavers from the Gappsi natural stone collection. The customer chose a french pattern for the patio with a two-inch coping for the pool. Marble veneers were chosen for the sheer descent walls and two spillover acrylic water balls. The Breeo fire pit was built with eldorado cement reinforced kit and veneered with white marble veneers the coping for the fire pit is G041 sandblasted marble and the firepit insert is the Breeo X Series 30 Smokeless wood burning insert.

We installed a 16 x 36 vinyl pool with concrete walls and auto cover. The pool depth is from 44 inches to 56 inches in the deep end and it has corner stairs, semi circle steps with a shallow top platform. For the patio we installed 
This is the installation of synthetic turf around the pool. Pretty much eliminated all the stone patio. This is a brand new vinyl pool with sand blasted and marble coping. The turf was installed over 4 inches of recycled concrete base compacted and bluestone screening. Synthetic turf is pat friendly and it also can be used as a patio. This is our latest installation in Franklin Square NY.
16×32 Vinyl pool, with concrete walls. We Build two corner stairs in the shallow area. To create a larger shallow area and a flat wall between the two steps for swimmers to flip . The autocover rolled into the G44 blue limestone pavers and coping. Very popular and famous limestone. We completed the all backyard with synthetic grass, which also works as a patio. We build a basketball court with metflex tiles over a concrete base. We utilized every inch of the backyard to make more of a playground for the kids.

This 16′ by 32′ vinyl pool was built with concrete walls and liner. The pool has steps across the full width of the shallow end and a standing ledge/two corner benches in the deep end. The pool is also equipped with an auto cover. Stoops were built by backyard sliding doors with platforms and several steps going down to the backyard level. Patio pavers and pool coping used were Griggio Dorato travertine pavers selected from the Gappsi stone collection. The travertine colors vary in grays, beige, whites, and blacks. This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The vinyl-lined pool has a decorative border, and features a spillover spa, in-wall deep end ladder, and a diving rock. The pool is accented with a beautifully landscaped yard with planting beds filled with well-maintained plants, flowers, and shrubbery. The patio has stepping stones leading from the pool to the main walkway. We finished the design with key details such as wrought iron lounge chairs, bar chairs and dining table set for entertaining and relaxation. All construction and installation was completed by our highly skilled Gappsi Group team members.
