You may notice that I have worded in two places that its “the homeowners responsibility to pay for additional materials” (only for the red brick portions of the estimate). This is done so that I can try and save you as much money as possible. For example, if I added money onto the portions of the job that may not end up requiring new material, you would be overpaying. This way, I have priced the installations for the red brick renovations without needing any new material, yet if we do need new material.. we will know exactly how much when the job has begun, and you will not be overpaying for unnecessary material. It is going to be such a negligible amount of material, if needed anyway, that the costs would be very low. I hope this is clear. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
