The round gas fire pit was built with Hanover walls in a tan blend and Melfi Limestone caps, the surrounding patio is also Melfi Limestone in a circle pattern. The charming seating area is comprised of modern yet comfortable Rattana furniture in neutral tones.

This private residence located on Long Island, NY features the design & installation by Gappsi Group. The image to the left pictures the construction of custom outdoor mahogany steps in Sag Harbor. The enchanting staircase descends from the backyard and pool area to a private beach on the Sag Harbor sound. Each step was engineered with no visible screws as to not take away from the rich color of the wood, instead using mahogany caps for a clean and beautifully seamless finish.
This custom gunite swimming pool was remodeled in East Northport by Gappsi. Starting with the removal of loose coping and tiles that over the years detached from the pool wall due to the wrong glue used for installation. Old white marble dust surface was chipped away from the gunite shell. The spa was built next to the pool as a separate entity. Gappsi installed new melfi limestone tumbled coping. Gappsi reinstalled new 6″ x 6″ frost proof blue colored porcelain tiles, and created a spill over from the spa into the pool, and tiled the top of the spillover as well as the spa. Gappsi reapplied new dark gray marble dust throughout the pool walls, floors, and steps. The old brick patio was removed and melfi limestone pavers were installed throughout the new patio layout.

The image to the left pictures our team applying a custom Quartzite finish on a beautifully designed Gunite pool and spa which overlooks the water on the Sag Harbor sound. The pool walls were built with Gunite shot in place that consisted of high density 4000 PSI sand and cement mix. The Quartzite finish is applied during the last stage of the pool’s construction. In this case, the customer also chose to have a Jandy Aquapure Salt Water Chlorine Generator, and Cartridge Filter installed to keep their water extra clean and crystal clear.
