This is our latest outdoor kitchen. It was built with Eldorado prefab cabinets and veneered with travertine tumbled fiorito veneer. Also the walkway around was a new extension to the old patio and was also paved with fiorito travertine. that is our exclusive natural stone color of travertine G036. We also used tanbrown as the counter top polished granite. There is a footrest at the bottom and the stools go over right under the overhang of the granite. We also incorporated the backyard stoop as part of the new layout. We installed all Twin Eagle appliances. The icemaker , summer refrigerator, a bar sink, a burner and a grill combination and a 36“ gas grill. These are new precast cabinets made of a composite concrete and a fiber reinforced mash. They are going to be assembled and bolt together. The rustic surface has veneers applied to them. The raised bar area we created with metal stands and Durarock. the cut outs we make with the cabinets to fit the kitchen and the grill and all the appliances. This is a complete kitchen we built with Eldorado precast outdoor cabinets made of lightweight cement and it was veneered with silver travertine rock face 4inch veneers and a limestone countertop. The appliances are a combination of delta, twin eagle and summit refrigerator, bar and a Delta grill. All beautiful and solid ready for the customer to enjoy. It was a total transformation into a living area that included all spread foam insulation on the exterior walls with wood stud construction, 1/2″ sheet rock throughout for the walls, and the ceiling was taped and speckled with teal color on the walls and white on the ceiling.
As a Basement Remodeling Contracting Company, we understand how important it is to make sure there is no water coming through the basement walls and floors. It is important to make sure that the external foundations walls are well waterproofed and insulated. A layer of liquid tar was applied on the exterior walls and a 6 ML clear plastic was applied over the tar to make a continuous waterproof membrane. Two inch styrofoam panels are placed on top and then the soil is filled in to push against the foundation walls for a better insulation on the outside. R15 fiberglass insulation is also installed in between the 2×4 studs against the foundation walls. It is used to soundproof the basement from the rooms above.

Backyard Designed And Built By Gappsi In West Hampton NY
Gappsi designed and constructed this backyard in West Hampton, NY. This project was created to be simple, elegant, and functional that includes many amenities.
Gappsi built a 20 x 40 vinyl swimming pool as well as a large pavilion built on a raised patio. This area can alternatively be used to place a dinner table and a seating area. In addition, this includes an outdoor kitchen incorporating Twin Eagle appliances. All of the patios were paved with French Pattern Silver Travertine in addition to the pool coping and step treads were built with Moca Travertine. The pavilion is completed with Azek synthetic trims and columns, vinyl soffits, and siding to match the existing house. Lastly, a mesh safety fence was installed around swimming pool.

This backyard was designed by Giuseppe Abbrancati and installed by the Gappsi team. The gunite swimming pool has a rectangular shell with a bench on the long side of the pool, a sundeck with a bubbler, steps, and a spa. Spillover water bowls also function as fire features. The swimming pool is 8 feet deep, and includes a diving board and a safety auto cover. The backyard is elegant, functional, and simple. The Fiorito travertine patio for the fire pit area, the pavilion floor, and the pool patio area were bordered with blue stone strips to match the swimming pool coping. The pavilion was built by Gappsi and was designed to match the house style and details. The outdoor kitchen was built with Wolf cabinets and Twin Eagle appliances, and it was veneered with Fiorito travertine to match the pillars that hold the fire bowls and the fire-pit.
