We are going to remodel the front of the House. We are going to replace the windows, doors, garage door. All of the siding and gutters. The walkway is going to be redesigned and we will be installing a new bluestone walkway. The brick veneers will be coming off the walls. All the soffits and gutters will be redone. We are going to be using hardy board planks. It will be a total, different new look for the house.
We completed the project in Woodbury NY. We remodeled the entire house. The exterior finishes hardy board planks for the siding. We used pine wood for the soffits and painted it with white. Also the roof was done with slate gray timberline roof shingles and aluminum gutter. Windows are black colored coated on the outside. The whole house was painted in white. We also did the bluestone entrance way and walkway to the driveway. We installed all new garage doors, all new Marvin windows and doors, new light fixtures and also the deck was finished with cedar. This basketball court was installed in Shoreham NY. 25×25 with golden brown nicolock 6×9 rustico border and asphalt installed over recycled concrete base. We installed a regulation adjustable hoop and a spot light. The court was painted with a color known as performance blue and the key was striped in a white color. This is Gappsi`s latest project.
This is the installation of synthetic turf around the pool. Pretty much eliminated all the stone patio. This is a brand new vinyl pool with sand blasted and marble coping. The turf was installed over 4 inches of recycled concrete base compacted and bluestone screening. Synthetic turf is pat friendly and it also can be used as a patio. This is our latest installation in Franklin Square NY.
This gunite pool was remodeled. We installed one inch by one inch tiles and on mash sheets. The pool finish is a dark gray marble dust which reflects the color of the sky very well. we installed new coping of silver travertine and also the all patio was repaved with silver travertine french pattern. We installed a wood burning fire pit area in the grass and we built a 16×16 pavilion with the exposed beams on the inside stained in a mahogany color with 8×8 inch columns and gutters. We completed this project about 4years ago. We installed a new gunite pool 16×36 with a bluestone coping, auto cover and a fiorito travertine patio. The pool has a sundeck. We have lined the steps edges with glass tiles. You can see they reflect light from one side. The pool is a sports pool. The deep end of the pool is the center. This side we have corner stairs. There is a bar area with stools inside the pool. In the lower patio area, chairs can be used as stools on the outside. This is a sunken fire pit area with a bench and gas fire pit. On this we have a semi raised patio. The property slopes so the pool was built a step down from the original house patio. This is a gas fire pit used more as an accent and this is also a sitting area. The property sits on a beautiful lake. The house is about 100 years old. We faced the walls of the pool to match the original bricks of the house to make it look like it’s been here as long as the house has been here.
