A 25 x 45 vinyl lined swimming pool was built with many options, including a safety auto-cover and a custom built 6 x 9 spill over spa, four LED deck laminar jets, LED lights, a double propane heater with heat pump, chlorine salt generator, full automation, double in-wall ladder, stadium stairs across the shallow area, and a gray fiberglass diving board with fly deck bottom. Marble pavers and copings were also installed surrounding the swimming pool and the entire house patio. The old railroad tie retaining wall was removed and re-constructed with a poured reinforced-concrete wall. It was then veneered with tumbled travertine split-face veneers and finished on top with 12 inch wide, 2 inch thick travertine coping. Sheer descent water features were also installed in the wall over the center spilling into the pool.

Constructed with a 14 ft wide diameter and 18 inches deep gunite pool, with a custom sized pedestal shaped with the gunite shell to support and raise above water level the brass Four seasons statue. Brick veneer was installed to cover the outside pool wall and a custom bluestone coping was installed on top of the fountain wall. Inside was finished with Black diamond bright quartz finish. The LED lights were installed on underwater illuminating the pool and shining up to the statue as well. Pentair equipment were used for Water circulation returning water to the top of the statue creating a free fall spill over on all sides, UV light sanitation system was also installed to keep the water sanitized
